Role: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician (Replacement) – Hours M‑F 1pm‑9pm – Location: Companion Animal, Neosho, Missouri.

Join Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company, and help feed the future. As a Maintenance Technician you will own preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal production operation, safety and compliance.

What You’ll Do

Take personal ownership for preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including grinding, mixing and bag‑filling equipment.

Perform scheduled inspections, troubleshoot malfunctions, propose solutions, order spare parts, and support R&D labs and utilities.

Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Who We’re Looking For

A performance‑driven individual with a high‑school diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience. Must be proactive, communicate well, and demonstrate strong urgency in task prioritization. Valid driver’s licence and clean record required. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to a quality‑centric team culture are essential.

You’ll also Need

• High‑school diploma plus 1–3 years professional maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including mixers, grinders and bag‑fillers; experience with pneumatic conveying, auger conveying, rotary valves, pneumatics, dust collection and control wiring.
• Commitment to safety and compliance, following work instructions and maintaining a hazard‑free environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive in reporting unsafe situations.
• Valid driver’s licence and a mindset of urgency, prioritization and personal accountability.
