Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems such as grinders, mixers and bag filling equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a quality‑centric mindset.
• Proactive problem solver who follows safety and quality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Inspect machinery including grinding, mixing, and bag filling equipment; troubleshoot malfunctions and propose solutions.
• Signal process deviations, order spare parts, and support facilities including labs and utilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure uptime and reliability of production lines.
