Job summary

Boiler Supply in Nashville is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform annual boiler inspections and monthly maintenance visits at customer sites to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on use of hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment, with the ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, confined, and elevated spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Skilled in identifying and using hand tools, power tools, and multimeters.
• Comfortable working in demanding environments (extreme temperatures, confined areas, heights).
• Prior experience with industrial steam boilers, hydronic boilers, or HVAC systems preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electrical systems up to 480V is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of computer-operated boiler controls is beneficial but not mandatory.

In this role, you’ll perform annual inspections and monthly maintenance visits at customer sites to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Physical & Personal Job Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs from floor to waist and overhead.
• Capable of safely climbing and working from ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
• Able to stand and remain active for 6+ hours per day.
• Comfortable working in a variety of conditions, including hot and cold environments.
• Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Organized, efficient, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Able to work independently with consistent, reliable attendance.
