Job summary

Wingate in Nashua, NH is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee and participate in maintenance operations at our property. The role requires a proactive approach to repairs across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and to prepare apartments for new residents.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills. The position includes on-site duties, an on-call rotation, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Computer proficiency is a plus.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
• Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.

Pay: $25.00 to $27.00 / hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm (with on-call rotation)
