You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, assist with turnovers, and respond to emergencies as needed. The on-site team offers a collaborative environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 6+ months maintenance experience or related field.
• Exceptional customer service with a service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to promote positive relationships with residents, co-workers, and staff.
• Friendly and courteous attitude toward residents and team members.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of physical, drug, and background screening.
• Willingness to rotate on-call shifts and work overtime for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly and professionally.
• Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and cleaning.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Work closely with the on-site manager and maintenance team.
• Follow all safety standards, company policies, and Fair Housing laws.

Job description

We're hiring a reliable and customer-focused full-time Maintenance Technician with their HVAC certification to join our team! This role supports daily maintenance at one of our multi-family housing properties. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
• On-call and overtime required (including snow emergencies)
• HVAC certification required
• Pay range: $25.00 - $29.00 Hourly

Key Responsibilities
