Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech for Vintage Blackman to maintain the property's physical integrity. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and keeping the shop organized.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and good communication skills. On-site position with competitive benefits and a 401(k) plan is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintaining property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors professionally.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

Overview

Vintage Blackmanislooking for a Maintenance Tech who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.
