Continental Realty in Mt. Pleasant, SC is seeking a Service Technician for The Six apartments. You will perform hands-on maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and electrical systems, delivering timely service requests and make-readies with craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA certification is strongly preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry and electrical.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in the emergency on-call rotation.

Role Overview

As a Service Technician for The Six, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this community with 92 apartment-homes.

• Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
• Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
• 2-4 years of recent hands-on experience in building apartment maintenance.
• EPA certification is strongly preferred.
• HVAC skills, plumbing, appliance repairs (especially washers/dryers), carpentry and electrical.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
• Vehicle, driver’s license, basic tools.
