Dawn Staffing Solutions Inc. (USA) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee maintenance operations at its Ann Arbor, MI facility. The role offers a challenging environment with focus on uptime, safety, and continuous improvement.

The candidate will lead a maintenance team, plan PM tasks, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. A strong background in CMMS and PLCs is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficient plant operations
• Manage maintenance work orders, PM schedules, and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems
• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee maintenance operations at their facility in Ann Arbor, MI location.

Pay Rate:100k-120k

Shift: Days

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team
• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficient plant operations
