Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists technical and mechanical personnel, including external vendors, to address complex maintenance issues.
• Maintains a detailed maintenance log with entries regarding incomplete tasks and newly identified problems.
• Communicates promptly with production supervisors regarding the status of equipment, especially when issues may impact production or cause downtime.
• Identifies and resolves issues such as jams, worn or missing belts, and missing ironer tape on assigned equipment.
• Seeks technical assistance from engineering when necessary for more complex issues.
• Performs additional duties as assigned to support overall plant operations.
