Lakeside Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our stainless steel production equipment running and our facility operating at peak performance. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Team player who accepts feedback and collaborates well.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Diagnose issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects
• Help improve equipment reliability, safety, and productivity
• Assist with building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that make a real impact

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the day
