Job summary

Lakeside Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a collaborative manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and committed to keeping our facility operating at peak performance.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints, and participate in continuous improvement projects to drive reliability, safety, and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, or HVAC systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Team player who accepts feedback and enjoys working collaboratively
• Continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects
• Help improve equipment reliability, safety, and productivity
• Assist with building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that make a real impact

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
