We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Maintenance Technician for Real Property Management Greater Milwaukee. Do you enjoy being out on your own, visiting multiple properties on a daily basis? The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing basic maintenance for the properties we manage throughout Waukesha & Milwaukee counties. Strong candidate will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall repairs, painting, electrical, and HVAC. The position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization.

• NO snow removal or lawn mowing
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide basic maintenance for managed properties throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha counties as assigned. Company vehicle provided.
• Complete property evaluations
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
• Perform work in a timely manner
• After-hours calls as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years’ experience
• Highly detail oriented, observant and organized
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• Proficient with email and smart phones
• General maintenance and repair knowledge
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Strong mechanical inclination
• Willingness to learn
• Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions - company vehicle provided
  
  

Benefits & Pay

Compensation for the Maintenance Technician position is $27.00 - 29.00/hour based on experience.
