Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

• Performs routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.

Note: The position is on the evening shift; training occurs on the day shift for up to a month.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of commercial/hospital maintenance experience.
• On-call rotation, including weekends, approximately every 5 to 6 weeks when fully staffed. Must be available for unexpected emergencies.
• Participation in holiday rotation, with at least one holiday per year.
• MD driver's license with a good driving record.
