Job summary

Evergreen Center, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain the interior and exterior facilities, grounds, and related systems. The role includes on-call duties and seasonal snow/ice control on a rotating basis.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of maintenance trades (electrical, plumbing, heating, carpentry) and a valid driver’s license. A $2,000 sign-on bonus and company truck with cell phone are provided.

Responsibilities include providing general maintenance to the interior and exterior of the buildings and grounds, maintaining maintenance facility in an organized and safe manner, providing all on-call responsibilities, snow plowing/ice controlafter normal working hours, on a rotating basis.

Qualifications
