Storm Search LLC. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Milan, MO, on-site. The role offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings with a pay range of $26.10–$33.90/hr plus a $1.00/hr differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available, with the site operating Monday–Friday. Responsibilities include PM work orders, troubleshooting conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics and electrical systems, setup and testing of equipment, and welding.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of industrial maintenance or related mechanical experience.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems.
• Basic TIG and MIG welding skills.
• Ability to operate forklift, scissor lift, or genie lift.
• Ability to read work orders and equipment manuals and write daily reports.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily preventive maintenance (PM) work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Set up, inspect, and test machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions by observing equipment and working with supervisors and operators.
• Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other components.
• Perform basic TIG and MIG welding and fabrication.
• Repair and maintain the facility's physical structure.
• Support Production and Quality teams as needed.
• Follow lockout/tagout, safety, GMP, and ISO 14001 procedures.

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Monday–Friday

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Nice to Have

• Experience with conveyors and gearboxes
• Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
• Millwright, farm, or construction experience
• Food manufacturing or food processing maintenance experience
• Vocational, technical, or associate degree in maintenance or a related trade
