Job summary

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities. Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

The role requires 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience, a valid government-issued ID, reliable transportation, and owning basic tools for maintenance work. You will complete resident service requests, perform make-ready/turn repairs for move-ins, and maintain common areas.

• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more


• Strong make-ready/turn experience


• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
