Job summary

Jobot is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our Milwaukee-area team. You will maintain molding machinery, automation systems, HVAC, and facility systems, performing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs while supporting production with technical expertise.

We offer a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires starting before 10/31/2025, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining molding machinery and automation systems.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production equipment.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production and support equipment.
• Maintain molding machinery and automation systems.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, annual).
• Assist with machine setup and calibration as required.
• Complete emergency/unscheduled repairs and document all work performed.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Work independently and as part of a team to minimize downtime.
• Support safety initiatives, including LOTO procedures and forklift operations.

We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in The Greater Milwaukee Area. In this role, you’ll keep our molding, automation, and facility systems operating at peak performance. You’ll work on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and support production teams with technical expertise.

• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure minimal downtime
• Support safety initiatives, including LOTO procedures and forklift operations
