Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Menomonee Falls, WI to keep molding, automation, and facility systems running at peak performance. You will work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and support production teams with technical expertise.

The ideal candidate has mid-level experience and is comfortable reading manuals and schematics, with a focus on safety and reliability in a climate-controlled facility in the Greater

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician or similar in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with reading equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production and support equipment
• Maintain molding machinery, automation systems, HVAC, compressed air, and chiller systems
• Follow a preventive maintenance schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, annual)
• Assist with machine set-up and calibration as required
• Complete emergency/unscheduled repairs and document all work performed
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Work independently and as part of a team to minimize downtime
• Support safety initiatives, including LOTO procedures and forklift operations

We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in The Greater Milwaukee Area. In this role, you’ll keep our molding, automation, and facility systems operating at peak performance. You’ll work on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and support production teams with technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production and support equipment

• Follow and provide input on the preventive maintenance schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, annual)
