IRT Living is seeking a Service Technician in Memphis to perform maintenance requests, troubleshoot repairs, and support community upkeep. In this hands-on role, you’ll tackle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance or skilled trades, with EPA I/II and CPO certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Training is provided; travel to out-of-state sessions may be required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of maintenance, construction, hospitality, or skilled trades experience.
• EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to attend company-paid out-of-state training within first 2 weeks of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests including: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliance repairs.
• Perform property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation.
• Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Participate in emergency/on-call maintenance rotation.

Schedule

• Full-time schedule with rotating on-call responsibilities
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency maintenance calls required
