IRT Living is seeking a Service Technician to proactively handle maintenance requests and repairs at our communities. You will diagnose issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, while performing inspections and assisting with apartment turnovers.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of maintenance, construction, hospitality, or skilled trades experience.
• EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Perform property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation.
• Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Participate in emergency/on-call maintenance rotation.
