IRT Living is hiring a Service Technician in Tampa, FL. You will perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, conduct property inspections, and assist with apartment turns to ensure high resident satisfaction.

We value 2+ years in maintenance or related trades, with EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Expect on-call duties and a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of maintenance, construction, hospitality, or skilled trades experience.
• EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Perform property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation.
• Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Participate in emergency/on-call maintenance rotation.
