Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance experience in multifamily is preferred.
• HVAC experience and EPA Certification preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general repair skills.
• Basic tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Complete service requests and apartment turnovers.
• Handle after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
