Job summary

Plastipak in Medina, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform and enhance preventative maintenance on blow molding and injection molding equipment, ensuring reliable production. You’ll participate in changeovers, repair spare parts, and uphold safety and quality standards while expanding your technical expertise through ongoing training.

Responsibilities include executing PM procedures, troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems, and supporting equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Preferred experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer, and Airveyor equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet.

As a Plastipak Maintenance Technician, you will perform, monitor, and continuously improve preventative maintenance programs while supporting reliable, efficient manufacturing operations. Location: Medina, OH
Pay: $25/hour and up, based on experience

You Will:

• Perform maintenance on blow molding and injection molding equipment to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations

You Have:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment

• Preferred experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer, and Airveyor equipment

• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, with proven troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation
