Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment, supporting injection molding processes, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a medical-device environment. Qualifications

• Hands-on injection molding experience required.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.
• Support injection molding equipment and processes
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements
• Respond to production equipment breakdowns and quickly identify root causes
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment issues to the appropriate teams
• Follow established safety, quality, and regulatory procedures within a medical-device manufacturing environment

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment or medical-device industry is a plus
