Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Type: Temporary to Permanent

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Mason, OH

Job Description

Perform daily maintenance checks and light work including plumbing, electrical tasks, meeting/training room setups, and landscaping. Assist project team during remodeling, including setting up swing spaces, monitoring docks, and handling packages.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and operate mechanical systems such as HVAC, boilers, fans, generators, electrical switchgear, and AT.
2. Perform general carpentry, painting, flooring, furniture moves, and spot cleaning as needed.
3. Conduct safety and compliance inspections to ensure proper maintenance of fire equipment, elevators, generators, and other fixtures.
4. Monitor conference room supplies, furniture, and ensure functionality of phones, lights, and other equipment.
5. Handle moderate to heavy lifting, package/mail delivery, and hanging pictures.
6. Perform grounds cleaning and general upkeep.

Qualifications

1. 5-10 years of experience or knowledge in general maintenance methods.
2. Experience in facilities/property management, commercial real estate, or professional services industries.
3. Ability to make independent decisions with limited supervision.
4. Dependable, detail-oriented, and cooperative.
