Job summary

Turnkey Processing Solutions, LLC is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our mobile crews at varied project sites. Per Diem is offered in addition to hourly wages, with an average of 50–60 hours per week.

You will service, repair, test, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, pumps, motors, and other equipment, while adhering to safety policies and quality standards. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance technician experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of MSHA/OSHA regulations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, test, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on mobile and stationary equipment.
• Dismantle and reassemble machinery, install/replace parts, inspect work to specifications.
• Weld and fabricate parts; operate heavy equipment including man lifts.
• Coordinate installations, delegate tasks, and document field tickets.

Turnkey Processing Solutions, LLC is looking for Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Technicians will be a part of our mobile crews, who work at various project locations. Per Diem is paid in addition to hourly wage, average 50 to 60 hours per week.RESPONSIBILITIESService, repair, test, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on mobile and stationary equipment, conveyors, drive mechanisms, pumps, blowers, wire switches, starters, motors, and lights.Dismantle and reassemble machines in the process of repair, installing, replacing or changing machine parts.Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with established customer standards or required specifications and guidelines, and in support of our company quality standards.Weld and fabricate parts, materials, and structures.Operate heavy equipment; operate and work from a man lift.May direct workers engaged in hoisting of machinery and equipment, using signals for crane operation.Use hand and/or power tools.Read blueprints and schematic drawings.Coordinate installation and work efforts with management and complete work according to prepared schedules.May lead helpers when Foreman is not on site to include conducting Safety meetings and completing necessary documentation.Complete and submit T&M field tickets when Foreman is not on site.If assigned a service truck, will complete all documentation requirements for truck and all small tools and equipment kept on the truck.Work Safety into daily routine, lead by example, exhibit an emphasis on completing all tasks in a safe manner, and participate in Visible Felt Leadership (VFL).Initiate and maintain good housekeeping practices in all work areas.Complies with all MSHA, OSHA, company and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.Performs other related duties as assigned.Travels as required.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a maintenance technician.Must be able to read blueprint and schematic drawings.Understanding of the purpose of equipment and how each type operates.Previous experience working in Industrial Plants or on Commercial Structures preferred.Knows hand signals for crane operation.Ability to work at heights.Knowledge of MSHA and OSHA regulations.High awareness of Safety at all times, constant awareness of others' safety as well as your own.Agree to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the company.Ability to work in special environments, special shift hours, and/or mandatory overtime.Must be able and willing to travel.Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle records check, and physical/occupational screenings.Turnkey Processing Solutions offers employees and their families a comprehensive benefit package to ensure their personal and family’s overall health and wellness needs are met.
