Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with day-to-day facilities operations requests and major academic renovations for a university client. The role involves supporting material supply, request fulfillment, and overseeing project progress for building upgrades. The technician will work onsite five days a week across various academic buildings, maintaining facility requests and renovations on a demand basis. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about safety and regulations, with a junior technician background.

Salary Range

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of university facilities and maintenance requests.
• Arrange repairs and perform upgrades to improve facility functionality and aesthetics.
• Maintain records of project activities for reporting.
• Operate material handling equipment and lead student workers on campus projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a building and maintenance technician.
• Experience with building renovation projects, from small repairs to major upgrades.
• Ability to handle equipment and materials such as ladders, tools, and paint.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with electrical and HVAC renovation projects.
• Experience operating a company vehicle.
