Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in the Greater Madison Area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and engaging in maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties in Dane County. The individual will ensure the effective operation and maintenance of industrial equipment. On-call schedule for nights and rotating weekends. Required to do snow and ice removal. Ability to work weekends during high turnover seasons.
