Job summary

Complete Care at Maple Grove is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility safe, comfortable, and well-functioning for residents and staff.

The position is full-time on the 1st shift with no weekend work, and daily pay options are available as part of our supportive healthcare team at Maple Grove. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance across building systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in the on-call rotation every other week.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
