Job summary

The Liberty Group is currently hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Plano, TX. Pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with verification of onsite experience and transportation prior to placement.

You will complete resident service requests, perform make-ready repairs, and maintain common areas while documenting work in logs. Strong customer service to residents and onsite teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work.
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready).

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.
