Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring and related systems.
• Inspect building for structural issues; repair windows, doors, walls, and enclosures as needed.
• Record completed repairs and last service dates for all equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance to prevent safety risks and downtime.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, animal enclosures and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
