River Ridge Mall JV LLC is seeking a hardworking part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. You’ll ensure our facilities operate efficiently, inspect for damage, and perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it running smoothly.

The responsibilities include servicing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, recording repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance. Availability for nights and weekends is required. Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Available to respond to maintenance requests at nights and on weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, animal enclosures and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
