• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units; plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
• Available for on-call maintenance nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure efficient operation and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep records of completed repairs and last serviced dates.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep equipment operating efficiently and reduce safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
