TSK HOUSING is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities operate efficiently. You will inspect buildings, perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and address repairs to maintain safety and functionality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating and cooling systems (HVAC).
• Understanding of plumbing systems.
• Understanding of electrical systems and wiring basics.
• On-call availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly and accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring.
• Inspect the building for structural issues and perform repairs.
• Keep records of repairs and last service dates.
• Develop preventative maintenance to prevent safety risks.
• Take on additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Some knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and occasionally respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
