Job description

Join to apply for the Maintenance Technician role at Maloney Properties.

We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support a large portfolio of residential properties in Lowell, MA. You will join our maintenance team responsible for:

1. Performing building repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.
2. Performing preventative maintenance and preparing open apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
3. Maintaining the appeal and cleanliness of the buildings, including groundskeeping and snow removal.
4. Updating the Yardi work order system and keeping managers informed about ongoing or pending work.

The work hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties on a rotation basis.

Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
