Job summary

Sensor Systems, a HEICO subsidiary in Chatsworth, CA, seeks a Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and document work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility aligned with safety standards and production

Responsibilities

• Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, pneumatic, carpentry and related systems
• Document work performed and respond to maintenance requests in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and facility projects; maintain safe, clean, and compliant operations

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This position performs skilled work involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems while supporting production and maintaining compliance with company safety standards.

The Maintenance Technician is a self-sufficient, solutions-oriented professional capable of troubleshooting equipment failures, completing repairs, documenting work performed, and responding to maintenance requests in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position also supports continuous improvement initiatives, facility projects, and preventive maintenance programs while helping maintain a safe, clean, and operational facility.
