Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and facility systems.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documenting maintenance work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Inspect buildings and utilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and facility emergencies promptly to minimize downtime.
• Assist with machine installations, relocations, and facility improvement projects.
• Maintain equipment per manufacturer guidelines and PM schedules.
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Coordinate with production to minimize interruptions and schedule repairs.
