The ideal candidate has mechanical and electrical aptitude, familiarity with plating, vacuum testing, or metrology tools, and strong problem-solving skills. Salary ranges from $25 to $40 per hour with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or R&D.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude; familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work without complete documentation, applying reverse engineering approaches.
• Understanding of contamination control, cleanroom standards, or precision metrology tools (preferred).
• Experience with plating processes, vacuum testing, thin/thick film deposition, sensors, automation, or PLC interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Technical certifications in maintenance, controls, or industrial systems preferred.
• Licensed electrician preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Support manufacturing operations and equipment troubleshooting.
