Calvo Group seeks a Maintenance Technician for our Los Angeles team. The role involves performing a variety of property maintenance tasks, from painting to basic electrical and plumbing, and supporting turnover efforts.

You will report to a supervisor, communicate property needs clearly, and ensure safety and appearance standards are met. A valid driver license and your own tools are required, with bilingual abilities considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• Read, write and speak English; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsabilités

• Complete service requests from residents (painting, basic electrical, installing fans, windows, plumbing, doors, lights, cabinetry, drywall).
• Assist with turnovers and turnover processes.
• Survey property needs and communicate safety, cleanliness and functionality to supervisor.

• Hourly Rate $25 to $ 27 doe PLUS Bonus based on performance up to $5000 yearly

Your responsibilities include

• Complete Service requests from Residents (e.g. tasks such as painting, some basic electrical, installing fans, windows, and garbage disposals, fixing doors, locks, lights, cabinetry, basic plumbing, patching dry wall)
• Help with Turnovers
• Survey the property and communicate any needs regarding cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality to your Supervisor

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in property management maintenance, other industry related trade
• Read , write and speak English ( Bi-lingual plus)
• Provide own tools
• Possess a current driver license
