Job summary

Cross Country Search is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our client’s facilities serving frail elderly participants in Los Angeles. The role involves maintaining facilities, grounds, and equipment while ensuring safe, reliable operations and quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience with hand tools and electrical equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related maintenance systems.
• At least 1 year of experience working with frail elderly populations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities, grounds, and equipment while supporting safe, reliable operations and quality care for elderly participants and staff.
• Directly support daily maintenance tasks and preventive care for the site and equipment.
