Complete Care at Glendale West in Wisconsin is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our facility safe, comfortable, and well‑functioning for residents and staff. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems with a focus on safety and reliability.

This full‑time role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team, perform preventative maintenance, support electrical and HVAC tasks, and participate in on‑call rotations every other week, reflecting our

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems
• Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety policies and procedures
• Participate in the on-call rotation every other week
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
• Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator
