Job summary

Complete Care at Glendale West is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to help keep the facility safe, comfortable, and well-functioning for residents and staff. This full-time role on the 1st shift offers daily pay options and opportunities for growth.

You will troubleshoot and repair building systems, perform preventative maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and general areas, complete work orders, and participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in the on-call rotation every other week.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
