LV Property Management in Lombard, IL is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, comfortable living environments. You’ll handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, turning apartments quickly for new residents while maintaining overall curb appeal.

The role includes on-call rotations, logging requests, and building strong relationships with residents and vendors. A high school diploma or GED, and apartment maintenance experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances.
• Tackle work orders efficiently to restore apartments quickly.
• Maintain curb appeal and assist with seasonal grounds care.
• On-call rotations to handle urgent maintenance requests.
• Log and track maintenance requests in designated systems.
• Build positive relationships with vendors and residents to enhance satisfaction.
