Job summary

LV Property Management in Lombard, Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our vibrant community running smoothly. You will handle service requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

The role pays $22.00 to $25.00 hourly with bonus opportunities, and schedules run Tuesday through Saturday 8am to 5pm with overtime. You will also participate in rotational on-call hours to respond to urgent needs and ensure resident

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry repairs.
• Ability to turn apartments quickly for new residents.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

• Cultivate positive relationships with both vendors and residents to facilitate smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
