Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

• Performs routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 to 3 years of commercial/hospital maintenance experience.
• On-call rotation (weekends included). Rotation occurs approximately every 5 to 6 weeks when fully staffed. Must be available for emergencies.
• Holiday rotation (at least one holiday per year).
• Position is on the evening shift, but training is on the day shift (up to a month).
• MD driver's license and a good driving record.
