Job summary

Sayre Christian Village Nursing Home Inc in Lexington, KY is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain building systems, ensuring safe, comfortable spaces for residents.

You will perform preventative maintenance, use hand and power tools, and tackle plumbing and carpentry tasks to support a faith-based nonprofit community with a strong reputation in the area.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in field with ability to complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs preferred.
• High school Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose property malfunctions, replace and repair parts, then test to make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing tasks.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
