Description

The Maintenance Technician supports the day-to-day upkeep of agency facilities by helping to keep buildings, grounds, and equipment safe, clean, and in good working order across the designated division of the organization. This role divides time between preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and routine cleaning of shared and common areas to support a healthy, dignified, and welcoming environment for children, individuals supported, staff, and visitors.

This position is ideal for a dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining facilities and contributing to a supportive school environment.

The anticipated hiring range for this position is$23.00–$24.50 per hourdepending on qualifications, experience, education, and other job-related factors. Eligible employees are also offered a comprehensive benefits package.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance, custodial services, construction support, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience performing minor repairs and general maintenance
• Job Type: Full-time
