Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across production and facility equipment, aiming to maximize reliability and minimize downtime. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, inspect sensors, and support installations, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement in collaboration with operations teams.

The role requires reading blueprints and schematics, using hand tools safely, and documenting maintenance activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of maintenance or related industry experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and electrical issues.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools and basic maintenance equipment.
