Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure efficiency.
• Make repairs inside residential homes (drywall, paint, plumbing, etc.).
• Keep records of completed repairs and service dates.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance to prevent safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as, plumbing fixtures, and drywall to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Make repairs inside residential homes, drywall, paint, plumbing, and more
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
