We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technician for our Mobile Home Parks located in the Palm Beach and West Palm Beach areas.

Level 2 Maintenance Technician Job Duties

• Plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, sewer cleanouts, and water leaks
• Electrical work including light fixtures, GFCIs, outlets, and breaker/fuse replacements
• Oversee community curb appeal: trash pickup, groundskeeping (lawn mowing, planting, weeding)
• Complete home clean outs
• Finish work orders efficiently and timely
• Read water meters (if applicable)
• Perform daily duties with minimal supervision
• Follow all safety laws and regulations
• Conduct inventory checks on equipment and supplies
• Take online/virtual training classes

Level 2 Maintenance Technician Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance
• 1-2 years of experience in residential plumbing
• Ability to be active: walking, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and use technology
• Valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle (if applicable)
• Maintenance skills will be tested for accuracy
